animepalm has tons of megaupload lnks for anime downloads.
ive downloaded all 24 episodes of lucky stah in mkv format, which is quite nice.
the only catch is you have to sign up, have a post count of 2 or more, and your gonna need an mkv, media player codec.
but its still sweet.

i usually just download the videos in any format and convert them to play in my iTunes w/ Twins Video Converter ^^
it works reeeeally good =D
